To gain access to all of FORMED’s content, follow these simple steps just one time:

· Go into your browser’s (Google or other search engine) search field

· Type in the search field: Formed.org and enter

· “Formed, the Catholic Faith On Demand” will then appear…

· Click on it.

· You will then see a blue screen with a Sign Up button in the center…

· Click on it.

· Select “Sign Up As a Parishioner”

(Just this first time you are signing up; thereafter, you’ll simply “Sign in”)

· Enter our parish’s zip code: 49348

· Choose “SS. Cyril & Methodius, and St. Therese”

· Click Next

· Enter your name, then your e-mail address

· Click Next

YOU’RE DONE!

That’s it! You’re signed up! FORMED will now recognize you as a parishioner from SS. Cyril & Methodius, Wayland. From now on, just click on “sign in” any time you want to use it!
